Eric did a good job for us as first time home buyers, we were happy with a quick closing and being very efficient along the way.

Eric provided great service and was willing to meet me over the weekend for multiple house tours! I usually have a busy work week so this was very convenient for me. Also, Eric helped explain some of the important home buyer items to consider, such as checking the date of AC unit installments, HOA fees, etc. This was very helpful for me as a first time home buyer in a new city. Overall, Eric was really friendly and quick to respond to any emails, voice calls, and texts.

Eric recently represented me for the sale of my home. I was a difficult homeowner because I had set the lowest target below asking price that I would accept. Eric listened and accepted my requirements and prepared a sales plan. We has some unusual events through the process, including 2 contracts being cancelled by buyers for personal reasons not totally related to my home. Through the period, Eric remained positive, calm and pleasant to work with. He eventually successfully sold the home for my asking price. I felt than our relationship was more of a partnership rather the usual client-to-salesman relationships many realtors follow. I highly recommend Eric for any real estate needs.

Eric went above and beyond when he listed my Gainesville condo. He helped to coordinate contractors and handymen, since I was living out of town. He was knowledgeable about the home selling process. I would highly recommend! He listed my condo on a Thursday, and by Friday I had two offers!

I recently moved to Gainesville for a new job and was having a lot of trouble finding a rental. One of my colleagues connected me with Eric--who was such a wonderful resource. He dropped everything to quickly pull together some options in my price range and desired locations. Each town home/condo he showed me was in great condition and move-in-ready. After looking at several places--I actually had a couple of favorites and Eric was willing to give me a second look at those on a Sunday. Eric has lived in Gainesville for many years and is able to offer strong insight in regards to neighborhoods and also helpful tips about the area. You can tell he cares about his clients. He even sent me a text to ask me how my 'move-in' was coming along!! I 100% would recommend him to assist with a rental or a home purchase.
